Personalized Home Health Aide Services with RN Oversight

At Carekal Health, our personalized home health aide services are designed to help patients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in the place they call home. Our trained home health aides provide hands-on assistance with daily living activities including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, mobility support, meal preparation, and light household tasks that promote a clean and safe environment. All services are delivered according to the physician-ordered plan of care and are provided under the ongoing supervision and oversight of a Registered Nurse (RN) to ensure quality, safety, and coordination with the patient’s overall clinical needs.

Family Caregiver Training & Education

We provide hands-on training and education for family caregivers to ensure safe, confident care at home. Our nurses teach proper techniques for mobility assistance, personal care, medication reminders, infection prevention, and recognizing changes in condition, empowering families to support their loved ones while reducing risks and hospital readmissions.

CLIA-Waived In-Home Laboratory Testing

Carekal Health brings point-of-care testing directly into the home for faster diagnosis and faster treatment decisions. Our CLIA-waived services include A1C, urinalysis, PT/INR, hemoglobin, COVID/flu testing, pregnancy testing, and more. Immediate results help physicians and families act quickly without waiting on appointments or outside labs, improving patient outcomes and reducing avoidable hospital visits.

IV Therapy & Infusion Services

Carekal Health provides professional, in-home IV therapy and infusion services for patients requiring antibiotics, hydration, and specialty medications. All infusions are administered by experienced registered nurses under physician orders, with careful monitoring of vital signs, IV site management, and patient response to treatment. First-dose antibiotics are delivered with direct RN supervision, including face-to-face assessment and education to ensure safety, medication tolerance, and proper understanding of the treatment plan. Our goal is to deliver hospital-level clinical care in the comfort of home while reducing complications, preventing hospital readmissions, and promoting faster recovery.

Advanced Foot & Nail Care Program

Our foot care program is ideal for seniors, diabetics, and individuals with mobility limitations who struggle with routine foot and nail maintenance. Delivered by certified nurses trained in advanced foot care, we address thickened nails, ingrown nails, calluses, dry or cracked skin, and preventive foot assessments. Consistent foot care reduces infections, improves mobility, and enhances overall comfort — especially for high-risk patients.
